(“us”, “we”, “our”, or “MIRYAS AI”) operates the websites miryas.pro, miryas.online, miryas.org, miryas.co  and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Our Services allow you to use our MIRYAS AI Agent as your virtual assistant, interact with it, and instruct it to perform certain tasks on your behalf (see section 6, below, for more information).

  • “Prompt(s)”: Text commands or other instructions, queries, or cues you provide to MIRYAS AI Agent for personalized or task-specific actions.

  • “MIRYAS AI Agent”: MIRYAS AI’s virtual assistant solution powered by artificial intelligence, capable of performing tasks based on Prompts.

  • “Output(s)”: Any and all content, decisions, recommendations, interactions, actions, or transactions generated or executed by MIRYAS AI Agent in response to your Prompts.

3. Personal Data Collection

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

Personal data you provide:

  • Account data: Name, username, email address, phone number, password.

  • Profile info: Preferences, interests, and context you provide to tailor the Services.

  • Contact and communications: Name, email, phone, and communications content (e.g., feedback, inquiries).

  • Prompts: Any information entered into MIRYAS AI Agent, including names, addresses, credit card details (see Sensitive Data warning).

  • Payment/billing: Payment method, billing address (processed via our secure third-party payment provider).

  • Job application data: Information you provide when applying for a position at MIRYAS AI Technologies Inc.

  • Usage data: Pages viewed, navigation paths, usage times, clicks, and engagement metrics.

Your information may be shared with technology providers powering MIRYAS AI to enable accurate and personalized responses.

  • Service providers: For hosting, AI, IT, ML, technical data analytics, communications, marketing, payments, and customer support.
